Founder Erling Hybschmann, a FROSIO Level III Inspector, has extensive experience in conducting FROSIO Inspector courses and has successfully led certification programs in the past.

With 15 years as trainer in the industry, he has developed and conducted specialized surface protection courses for the wind turbine industry, along with training in work organization and safety.

Erling has certified operators from 4 different companies in metallization and coating.

TIC-Danmark uses external experienced trainers for HSE and introduction to test equipment.
